Position Summary

We are searching for a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support our parking operations office in Atlanta. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while assisting with administrative coordination related to parking operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to general parking service inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling and staff coordination.
  • Maintain organized records and office documentation.
  • Support operations supervisors with administrative tasks.

Minimum requirements
