Position Summary

We are searching for a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to assist customers with parking service inquiries and support operational coordination in Milwaukee.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding parking services and locations.
  • Provide clear information about parking procedures, access, and assistance.
  • Document customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Route calls or issues to appropriate supervisors or teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and service interactions.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls in a professional manner.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
